Sam Pendergast

Sam is a Senior Associate at Maddens Lawyers.

With the ability to work on both large scale class action matters with thousands of clients to small scale litigation matters with individual clients, Sam understands that the client’s interests and well being is vital.

Prior to working in law, Sam worked in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. From this, he understands the challenges inherent to the small and medium business environment. Sam is passionate about working directly with clients and finding them efficient solutions to complex problems.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, surfing and bike riding. Sam is involved in the community as an assistant coach at the Warrnambool Swimming Club and a committee member for the Warrnambool Winter Solstice Surf Film Festival.
