Maddens Lawyers Covid-19 plan in place

With news surrounding Covid-19 changing each day, Maddens Lawyers have closed offices in the interest of protecting our staff, clients and the general community.

We are still fully operational and it is business as usual whilst we all monitor the situation. It will take some time getting used to the changes that Covid-19 will have on our normal business function, but rest assured that we are taking these measures to look after our clients, our staff and the community as we all navigate this situation.

We will keep you updated via email, Facebook and our website should any plans change.  Whilst our phone lines are still working, the response on calls will be delayed.  The best way to contact Maddens Lawyers currently is via email.  Please click here for a list of staff and their contact email addresses.  You can also click the 'request a call back' button at the top right hand side of this page, and one of our team members will call you to discuss your matter.

Maddens Lawyers is investigating a potential class action on behalf of travellers who booked a tour with Top Deck Tours Pty Ltd and have been unable to obtain a refund of the full amount they have paid.

In April 2020 Top Deck Tours announced retrospective changes to its booking terms and conditions and cancellation policy as a result of COVID-19. This means that many travellers will be worse off when compared to the terms and conditions that were in place at the time of their booking.

If you have purchased or paid a deposit for a tour with Top Deck Tours that has been impacted by Covid-19 travel restrictions, you are encouraged to register your interest in the potential class action with Maddens Lawyers.

Registering is obligation-free and will not cost you anything.  Register here.
