Deepanshi is a highly skilled commercial and taxation lawyer, known for her commitment to helping businesses and individuals make confident, well-informed decisions.

She joined the firm in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the Commercial team, bringing a depth of expertise that spans tax, business structures, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Deepanshi completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at Delhi University before relocating to Australia in 2015. She went on to complete both a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) and a Master of Taxation.

Before moving to Warrnambool, Deepanshi gained diverse legal experience in Melbourne across a range of commercial and tax-related matters. Her move to regional Victoria marked a new chapter and she has embraced the South West community as her home. In July 2024, she was welcomed into the Maddens Lawyers partnership – a reflection of her expertise, work ethic and the trust she has earned from clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Deepanshi enjoys reading, cooking and reconnecting with her passion for community volunteering.
