Jess Higgins

Jess is a Senior Lawyer at Maddens Lawyers.

Jess has been a fundamental part of the firm's growing Class Action department, successfully obtaining compensation for victims of the 2013 Springwood bushfire, 2016 Falls Festival crowd crush and 2018 Terang bushfire.

Jess completed her law degree at Deakin University in Geelong. She then completed work experience at community legal centres before starting at Maddens Lawyers in 2014. Her passion for providing care, compassion and empathy to clients allows her to understand their needs and help them obtain compensation for traumatic events such as bushfires or personal injuries.

Beyond the law, Jess enjoys spending time with friends and family, adventuring with her two fur babies and enjoying good food and wine.
