LLB
Georgia joined the team in July 2021. She predominately works within the Class Actions and Litigation department and is passionate about helping ordinary people navigate the complexities of the legal system and advocating for groups who have been wronged. This has led her to be one of the leading lawyers in the high-scale Dr Lanzer Class Action.
Georgia also has a strong interest in employment law and uses her knowledge to assist both employees and employers in understanding their legal obligations and resolving workplace issues to achieve positive outcomes.
Georgia studied a Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University, graduating in the top 3% of her class and was honoured to receive the prestigious award of being added to the Dean’s Merit List. Throughout her studies, Georgia took every opportunity to expand her knowledge; undertaking a study abroad in London and gaining work experience through internships.
Throughout 2023 and 2024, Georgia has been appointed the Young Lawyer’s Regional Representative for the Law Institute of Victoria’s Executive Committee. In this role she enjoys the ability to engage and represent the views of regional law associations and communities across Victoria, and often reports to the Executive level of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Outside of the legal industry, Georgia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and playing netball at her local netball club.
