Warwick Williams

Warwick is a Senior Lawyer at Maddens Lawyers, joining the litigation team in 2024. Having practiced law since 2005, his expertise is law as it applies in forestry and similar fields.

Warwick brings a unique set of skills to the firm with a Bachelor of Forest Science and 15 years' experience as a forester. This combined with his Bachelor of Law and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice places Warwick as an integral part of the Cuddlee Creek Bushfire Class Action.

Prior to starting at Maddens Lawyers, Warwick worked one of Australia's biggest plantation forest owners, first as a forester and then as in-house counsel, before starting his own boutique practice.

Outside of work, Warwick spends his time orienteering and volunteering at the local netball. He is a Junior Coordinator & Umpires Coordinator for Sturt Netball Club, and a committee member with the Ballarat Netball Association.
