2019 Cudlee Creek fire
In March 2021, Maddens Lawyers launched a class action in the South Australian Supreme Court on behalf of individuals impacted by the Cudlee Creek bushfire on 20 December 2019. This class action seeks compensation for those who suffered personal injury, property damage, or financial loss as a result of the fire.
