Potential class action – Top Deck Tours

Maddens Lawyers is investigating a potential class action on behalf of travellers who booked a tour with Top Deck Tours Pty Ltd and have been unable to obtain a refund of the full amount they have paid.

Due to Covid-19, Top Deck Tours has suspended all tours up until 31 August 2020.

In April 2020 Top Deck Tours announced retrospective changes to its booking terms and conditions and cancellation policy.  Under the retrospective changes it is likely that many travellers will be worse off when compared to the terms and conditions that were in place at the time of their booking.

Maddens Lawyers is investigating potential breaches of contract and the Australian Consumer Law by Top Deck Tours.

If you have purchased or paid a deposit for a tour with Top Deck Tours that has been impacted by Covid-19 travel restrictions, you are encouraged to register your interest in the potential class action.

Registering your interest will ensure you are included in, and kept up to date with important developments.  Registering is obligation-free and will not cost you anything.

Our Frequently Asked Questions resource provides answers to the questions most commonly asked. If you still have queries, feel free to contact us via topdeck@maddenslawyers.com.au and we will respond as soon as possible.
